A. Identity and backgrounds are verified on every reservation. We will be glad to send a high level Guest Profile to you as we respect the tenants’ privacy.
A. There are two different levels of insurance on every home: Your Homeowners Insurance and a $1,000,000 liability insurance through the short-term leasing vehicle.
A. You get paid once per month on the 15th day of the subsequent month.
A. If your house is not rented, you can absolutely change your mind. The cancelation fee if the place is already rented is quite high so you need to be absolutely sure you will not be around during this time.
A. You will pay a $500 upfront cleaning deposit which will be returned to you on the 5th night of renting out your place. We guarantee you a daily flat rate that we both agree on. There are also opportunities for peak season bonuses. We take care of costs such as cleaning, fees, additional insurance and taxes.

A. No. We prefer you leave all check-ins to a safe and keyless process that we implement and oversee.
A. This is why we do the pre-guest walk through to ensure you do not leave anything that you may need. Additionally, the since these are short-term rentals, you can usually be back in a matter of days (not months).
A. C = Clean; S = Stage; I = Inventory. First we clean your house based on current pandemic protocol in place; then we Stage your property which includes decluttering and storing your personal effects in owners’ closets and secured spaces. Finally, we Inventory everything you have for the tenants to use so we have a baseline for any issues and understand where everything belongs after the Guest checks out. When you come back to your property, it’s even better than before!
Our preferred homes range from 3-5+ bedrooms close to the beach ideally or bay. We look for homes that have en suite bathrooms, ample parking, curb appeal, outdoor and indoor areas to convene. Homes that were recently updated including the kitchens and bathrooms are required. Allowance for pets is amazing.
A. We are an equal housing opportunity provider that specializes in furnished housing for families looking for a relaxing, short-term getaway. No parties or events are allowed a ShorePeak Living.
A. Most guests stay for 4 days during peak season and 2-3 offseason.
A. ShorePeak takes into consideration local comparables from both furnished and unfurnished homes.
A. ShorePeak leverages the Airbnb and VRBO contract system for background checks including identity verification plus their lease agreement.
A. Owners continue to pay for utilities including cable, wifi, garbage, water, and landscaping. Additional usage over the standard for non-municipal utilities like gas, electric and propane tanks for grills can be deducted from the top line income before the revenue share is calculated.
